  • Provide advanced analytical training for field teams to enhance their ability to interpret data and act on insights.
  • Support commercial capability building through the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including AI-driven tools, CRM enhancements, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Serve as a commercial operations thought partner to field leadership, offering solutions to operational challenges.
Launch Excellence & Operational Effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in field execution; simplify complex processes and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional feedback loops across Sales, Operations, Patient Services, Marketing, and other key teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness for launch, including alignment across U.S. Commercial, Global Launch Excellence, and Global IT.
Data, Analytics & Insights
  • Work closely with field teams and data partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of actionable field insights.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to develop, build and deliver dashboards and reports as well as lead in the implementation and training.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy, patient-level, claims) into reporting platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales operations, sales, analytics, or commercial strategy experience; rare disease experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced, startup or small-company environment.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), incentive compensation, territory alignment, and field analytics.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and patient-level data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
We are looking for someone that has
  • Patient-First mindset that puts patients at the center while balancing purpose and performance.
  • Big picture thinking through connecting the cross-functional dots, anticipating what is next and driving strategy.
  • Strong influencing skills and can build trust-based partnerships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive for results, by being ambitious, resilient and committed in pursuing excellence where it matters most.
