Job summary

GFT is seeking a Client Service Leader for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) as part of our Transportation Group in Texas. The ideal candidate will drive business development, establish strong client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of related experience. GFT offers a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a competitive salary range of $225,000 - $275,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in business development or TxDOT experience.
• Strong existing relationships with TxDOT.
• Registered as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for TxDOT and coordinate activities.
• Track and maintain TxDOT opportunity pipeline.
• Lead client service teams of project managers and technical leaders.
