Position: Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for tasks such as order picking and filling, measuring and cutting hoses, and managing stock in the warehouse.

Job Duties

1. Operate assembly equipment with proper training.
2. Prepare orders by processing pick tickets, pulling materials, packing boxes, and organizing delivery areas.
3. Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to standards.
4. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording stock movements and noting discrepancies.
5. Keep the work environment safe and clean by organizing shelves and workstations.
6. Operate materials handling equipment with proper training.
7. Store items systematically in warehouse and supply rooms.
8. Inspect stock for wear or defects and report damages.
9. Assist and guide other warehouse team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Hose and Fittings is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to various situations supporting company goals.
• Comfortable lifting heavy items and operating warehouse machinery.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with outdoor exposure during work hours.
• Use of standard warehouse tools and equipment such as hand tools, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
• Physical requirements include handling objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs occasionally; standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling frequently; sitting and climbing occasionally.
