Job Title: Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various functions including order picking and filling, measuring and cutting hoses, and managing stock in the warehouse.

Job Duties

1. Operate assembly equipment with proper training
2. Prepare orders by processing pick tickets, pulling materials, packing boxes, and organizing delivery areas
3. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards
4. Maintain inventory by recording stock locations, amounts, and discrepancies
5. Keep the work environment safe and clean by organizing shelves and workstations
6. Operate materials handling equipment with proper training
7. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
8. Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damages
9. Assist and guide other warehouse employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Knowledge of hoses and fittings (preferred but not required)
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to read a tape measure (preferred)
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Adaptability to support company goals in various situations
• Comfort with lifting heavy items and using warehouse machinery

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with outdoor exposure
• Use of standard warehouse equipment such as hand tools, box cutters, and tape dispensers
• Regularly lift/move 10-50 lbs., occasionally over 100 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing
