Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Leander is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. We focus on massage, facials and holistic wellness, with a flexible schedule and paid training to help you grow within a national franchise.

You will deliver Swedish and other modalities, maintain detailed electronic records, and provide excellent client care. We supply all tools, offer a safe work environment, and reward performance with bonuses and supplemental pay.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swedish; other modalities preferred but not required.
• LMT must carry liability insurance.
• Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide clients with guidance on massage benefits and wellness.
• Maintain detailed treatment records electronically.

Guaranteed pay* for first month - $1000 per pay period!

• Required, 20 BOOKABLE hours per week, 2 weekend days per month

Guaranteed pay* for first month - $1500 per pay period!

• Required, 30 BOOKABLE hours per week, 2 weekend days per month

• Compensation based on metrics/experience/schedule

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Swedish
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
• Treat clients in a professional caring manner
• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
• Maintain detailed treatment records electronically
• Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations
• Carry liability insurance.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff
