Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Leander, TX is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) to provide Swedish massages and other modalities with a client‑centered approach. We offer paid training, flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

The position requires an active TX massage license. You will contribute to treatment planning, maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of safety and sanitation while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Active TX Massage Therapy License is required.
• Proficiency in Swedish Massage not optional.
• Knowledge of modalities (Trigger Point, Prenatal, Deep Tissue) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish massage and other modalities as needed.
• Develop and propose client treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed treatment records electronically.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management and staff.
• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.

• Required, 20 BOOKABLE hours per week, 2 weekend days per month

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities:

Active TX Massage Therapy License is needed for this role

• Proficiency in Swedish Massage
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
• Treat clients in a professional caring manner
• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
• Maintain detailed treatment records electronically
• Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations
• Carry liability insurance.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff
