Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Leander, TX is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. You will perform Swedish massage and other modalities, develop client treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service in a professional environment.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and growth opportunities. Candidates must hold an active Texas LMT license and provide a focus on client well‑being.

Qualifications

Active TX Massage Therapy License required.
Experience with Swedish massage and other modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Prenatal, Deep Tissue).
Ability to develop and propose client treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in Swedish Massage and other modalities as needed.
Treat clients professionally and create personalized treatment plans.
Provide guidance on massage benefits and maintain detailed treatment records.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Swedish Massage
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
Treat clients in a professional caring manner
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
Maintain detailed treatment records electronically
Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations
Carry liability insurance.
Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff

Active TX Massage Therapy License is needed for this role
