Through our two-year teaching corps, we place and support people who teach full-time in under-resourced public schools.

You’ll drive student learning, build trust with families, and gain a ground-level understanding of how housing, healthcare, and economic mobility shape

Qualifications

• 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
• Must be a citizen, national, or legal resident of the United States, EAD holder, or have DACA status.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families — not just lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate the barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen your communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills through daily classroom leadership.
• Work alongside your school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students who need it most.
