Qualifications

• 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree (in any field of study).
• Must be a citizen, national, or legal resident of the United States, EAD holder, or have DACA status.
• No background in education or teaching certification required; candidates from all majors are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full‑time in an under‑resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration through daily classroom leadership.
• Work alongside the school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students.
