Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field.
• A demonstrated interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonized grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools.
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with colleagues across every part of the business.
• Adaptability: three rotations mean three new teams, new problems and steep learning curves.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• No prior energy experience required; internships or campus involvement demonstrate initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work as a full member of each team with real deliverables and ownership from week one.
• Contribute to live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits.
• Present your work and findings to senior leadership after each rotation.
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor.
• Develop cross-functional fluency to accelerate careers in this industry.
