Small Steps Childcare is seeking a Toddler Teacher to care for little ones in a safe and loving environment. You will nurture social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development for each child.

You will create developmentally appropriate lesson plans, document learning through displays, and maintain open daily communication with families. A positive, team-focused attitude helps support licensing standards and a rewarding workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a preschool environment.

• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Creates lesson plans appropriate to development levels.
• Documents learning experiences through displays and photos.
• Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families daily.
• Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for toddlers.
• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards.
