Job summary

Small Steps Childcare seeks a compassionate Toddler Teacher to support the growth of toddlers in a safe, loving environment that nurtures social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development.

You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, document progress with displays and photos, and maintain open daily communication with families while upholding licensing standards in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a preschool environment.
• Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents.
• Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality.
• Shows initiative; strong work ethic.
• High school diploma.
