Job summary

The Learning Experience in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Experienced Toddler/Two Year Old Teacher to foster a loving, safe classroom where children ages 1-2 can explore, learn and grow. You will implement LEAP Curriculum and collaborate with co-teachers and families.

Candidates should have childcare experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Toddler Teachers.

Responsibilities

Location: The Learning Experience - Jacksonville, FL

Pay: $16 - $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. We seek a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Toddler/ Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. (Preferably with potty training experience.)

What You'll Do

• Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers (ages 1-2 years) can explore, learn, and grow.
• Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support physical, social, and cognitive milestones.
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early language, motor skills, and curiosity.
• Maintain strong communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a fun, organized, and positive classroom experience.
