Bright Horizons is hiring a Two’s Teacher in Austin, TX. Work Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, supporting preschool-aged children with engaging activities and family communication. This role emphasizes hands‑on learning, safety, and developmentally appropriate practices in a classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
