Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or home-based setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development.
• Patient, nurturing, and creative personality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead age-appropriate games, lessons, and activities.
• Develop and follow daily and weekly classroom schedules.
• Provide nurturing care and basic caregiving routines.
• Observe and assess each child’s development and milestones.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress.
