Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to join our team at our Denver communities. You will support leasing and customer service, conduct tours, gather applicant information, and assist with deposits and credit checks to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience as onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and customer service responsibilities and conduct tours.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Deliver renewal letters and assist with lease renewals.
• Review resident accounts for unpaid fees and pursue delinquencies.
• Assist Community Manager with resident activities and communications.
