Job summary

Two Maids Gilbert is seeking full-time professional house cleaners to join a two-person team delivering top-notch housekeeping in East Valley communities including Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Mesa. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and adherence to cleaning procedures.

Team members work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, with mileage reimbursement and commission on each house cleaned. Training and background checks are required, and no nights or weekends are planned.

Qualifications

• Team players who can work well in pairs.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• English speaking and comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes as part of a two-person team for routine tasks.
• Provide top quality cleaning and customer service per company procedures.
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Transport cleaning products to job sites.
• Attend team meetings and follow safety guidelines.
• Must pass background check and be willing to train.
