Job summary

Two Maids Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ is seeking reliable cleaners to join our PHC teams of two. You will travel to customers' homes with provided supplies, work full-time, and earn W2 pay with commissions and tips. The role emphasizes a friendly, family‑oriented environment with guaranteed daytime hours and no nights or weekends.

Applicants must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, English proficiency, and be willing to don a company uniform. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Valid driver's license.
• 18 years or older.
• Can lift 20 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work on feet all day.
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.
• Willing to purchase Two Maids uniform.

Responsibilities

• Work in PHC teams of two and travel to customers' homes.
• Two Maids provides all supplies and chemicals.
• Coverage area includes East Valley: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, San Tan Valley.
• Full-time schedule: Mon-Fri 7:15am-5:00pm (or until done).
• Pay is SEMI-MONTHLY (W2 Paid / Commission).
