Avalon Apartments and The Row at Forest Hills Apartments in North Charleston, SC are seeking a highly organized Property Manager to oversee two apartment communities. You will manage day-to-day operations, engage residents, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires multi-family experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with property management software. This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance management background.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of applicable local/state/federal regulations in property management.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls warmly and professionally.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly activities to maintain occupancy and income goals.
• Leverage marketing and leasing processes to achieve targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain facilities for residents.
• Coordinate service requests, make-ready initiatives, and capital projects.
• Work with leasing and sales teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.
• Provide top-notch customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and reporting.
• Support leasing and sales teams with administrative tasks and reports.
