Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks a safety‑driven pilot to operate a Cessna 340A with strict adherence to FARs and insurer requirements. You will perform owner-directed trips along the Gulf Coast and Houston area, delivering discreet, professional service to owners and passengers.

The role requires CPL/AMEL, current instrument rating, and a clean FAA record; candidates should have 1,200+ hours total, 200+ hours multi-engine, 50+ hours instrument, and 25+ hours in a Cessna 340 or similar.

Qualifications

• CPL/AMEL required by insurance and carrier.
• Current instrument rating for single-pilot IFR.
• FAA Second-Class Medical or higher, with current flight review and instrument currency.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Cessna 340A with safety and FAR compliance.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning (weather, fuel, weight & balance, performance).
• Fly owner-directed trips, repositioning, maintenance, and post-maintenance tests.
• Provide professional, discreet service to owners; coordinate with FBOs and ground transport.
• Execute single-pilot IFR in Houston-area airspace and coastal weather.
• Complete post-flight walkarounds; report squawks; maintain flight logs and trip documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance on aircraft status and AD/SB compliance.
