Job summary

Allied Universal in Seattle, WA is seeking a Security Officer TWIC Route Driver to serve clients across Retail/Malls and other sectors. You will perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver high levels of customer service while enforcing site policies.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay and a schedule spanning evenings and nights. You will work with a collaborative team, participate in safety procedures, and help deter security incidents

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories where permitted by law.
A drug screen is required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by following site policies and emergency procedures.
Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of retail and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or maintenance issues.
Assist with access control and visitor interactions while maintaining professionalism.
