Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in the job state required.
• TSA-issued TWIC required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, parking locations, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and contractor requirements per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as directed.
• Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation and communicate observations to leadership and client representatives.
