Our firm works with a wide variety of investment types, specializing in tax credit, structured debt, and real estate transactions. Twain works closely with financial institutions, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals to structure and manage investments that offer both attractive economic return and social benefits.
The Asset Manager is responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of specialty real estate and/or renewable energy projects throughout the United States. These investments typically include Historic Tax Credits (HTC), Investment Tax Credits (ITC), Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), or Ground Lease Capital in the capital structure. The position requires an in depth understanding of the underlying project assets and our investment structures, including managing project performance, tax credit compliance, financial reporting, and overall risk management. The Asset Manager monitors the portfolio by evaluating the performance of the underlying investment and ensuring the investment maintains programmatic compliance with the relevant statutory requirements. This full- time position can be fully remote or located at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. The position requires limited travel. This position supports all efforts of the Asset Management department, reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Management.
