Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking a Tutor to provide instructional support under general supervision in an elementary or secondary setting. You will deliver lesson plans and materials, monitor student progress, and help create a safe, engaging learning environment aligned with Board of Education policies.
The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work with small groups or individuals, and strong communication skills to support diverse learners in a part-time, on-site position
The Tutor, under general supervision, performs instructional work with minimal decision-making discretion related to implementing a supplemental instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides, and encourages students to support and fulfill their academic goals. Employee performs school-based work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the principal.
