Job summary

Educational Service Center of Central Ohio seeks an academic tutor for Hylen Souders Elementary School (K-3). The part-time hourly position is about five hours per day, five days per week, with hours to be determined for the 2026-2027 school year. Employment process will be completed through the ESC of Central Ohio.

Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for an active license through the Ohio State Board of Education. Questions can be directed to Amanda Statler, Principal.

Responsibilities

• Work with students in collaboration with teaching staff and building administrators to support student growth and help improve student achievement.
• Reports to Building Principal and coordinates with school staff to deliver tutoring support.

The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates for an academic tutor position for approximately five (5) hours per day at Hylen Souders Elementary School (K-3). This is a part-time hourly position ($25/hour) with no benefits for the 2026.2027 school year - 5 days per week, hours TBD. Employment process will be completed through the ESC of Central Ohio.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have or be eligible for current, active license through the Ohio State Board of Education (https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure)
