Job summary

Sylvan Learning of Glendora is seeking part-time tutors to guide students in small-group settings, supporting engagement and mastery in reading and math. This on-site role emphasizes after-school and weekend hours, with a schedule that includes after-school and Saturday sessions in Glendora.

Now Hiring: Part-Time Tutors

We’re seekingpart-time tutors to join our team at Sylvan Learning ofGlendora! In this role, you’ll inspire and guide students in a small-group setting, making learning both engaging and effective.

**This job isnot remote**

Responsibilities:

• Inspire students through enthusiastic and engaging teaching methods
• Build rapport and create a fun, supportive learning environment
• Provide instruction inK–12 Reading and Math.

• Training provided– we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed!

• Ability to manage multiple students at once
• Bachelor’s degree and/or teaching/tutoring experience preferred

Schedule & Hours

• Up to20 hours per week
• After-school and Saturday availability required
• Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
