$20.00/hr. training pay and then load – Mile pay.

POSITION SUMMARY

The position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of trucks and feed delivery to various farm locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Operate Feed Haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform equipment inspections per company guidelines and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Load trucks to ensure feed quality and integrity.
• Obtain representative feed samples for each delivery.
• Unload feed into proper bins at the grower location, maintaining integrity.
• Communicate relevant information (tank levels, conditions) verbally and in writing with associates and maintenance as needed.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely, keeping trucks and work areas clean and organized.
• Pick up leftover feed from grower barns as directed.
• Clean Pellet Mill Particle Separators weekly.
• Follow housekeeping schedules for the Feed Mill, ensuring assigned areas are clean using blow-down techniques with PPE.
• Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating effectively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
