Compensation: $20.00/hr. training pay, then load and mile pay.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of trucks and feed delivery to various farm locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates feed haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Performs equipment inspections according to company guidelines and reports issues.
• Loads trucks to ensure feed quality and integrity.
• Obtains representative feed samples for each delivery.
• Unloads feed into proper bins at the grower location, maintaining integrity.
• Communicates with associates and maintenance about tank levels and conditions.
• Operates and maintains equipment safely and keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Collects leftover feed from grower barns as directed.
• Cleans Pellet Mill Particle Separators weekly.
• Follows housekeeping schedules for the Feed Mill, using PPE as required.
• Maintains a positive work environment through effective communication and cooperation.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
