Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lithia Springs, GA to work Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. You will pick, pull, and move whole pallets, operate a turret forklift, and place materials in staging areas while following safety standards.

You’ll review order details, report issues, run freight, maintain equipment, and work with other machinery. The role requires MHE experience, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility for varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• Turret forklift/swing reach forklift experience required.
• MHE experience required.
• Ability to work in -20F/-25C cold or up to 100F/37C dry storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with weekends if needed.
• Noise levels can be loud.

Responsibilities

• Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled.
• Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader.
• Pull all orders in a timely manner.
• Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product.
• Report broken pallets to supervisor.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

Pick, pull, and move whole pallets of products while operating a Turret machine while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Place materials to be staged and put away in a warehouse environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Turret Forklift / Swing Reach Forklift experience
• MHE experience required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs,; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
