Job summary

S4 Analytics LLC is seeking an experienced Turnover/Commissioning Engineer to support life sciences/pharmaceutical construction projects with a focus on electrical systems and system turnover.

The role will manage turnover activities, review documentation, coordinate with Construction, Engineering, C&Q, Operations, and Contractors, and drive punch-list closure and system readiness through handover to Operations and Commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Turnover, commissioning, construction, or life sciences projects.
• Strong experience with electrical systems and system turnover.
• Experience reviewing turnover packages, ITRs, test documents, vendor documents, and quality dossiers.
• GMP/GDP documentation experience in regulated environments.

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Turnover/Commissioning Engineer to support life sciences/pharmaceutical construction projects, with a focus on electrical systems. The role will manage system turnover, construction and quality documentation, walkdowns, punch lists, and system readiness through handover to Operations and Commissioning teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in systems turnover, commissioning, or construction projects, strong GMP/GDP documentation knowledge, and experience coordinating with Construction, Engineering, Operations, Contractors, and C&Q teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Turnover, Commissioning, Construction, or Life Sciences projects
• Strong experience with electrical systems and system turnover
• Experience reviewing turnover packages, ITRs, test documents, vendor documents, and quality dossiers
• Experience with GMP/GDP documentation in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with MC walkdowns, punch lists, and system handover
• Ability to coordinate with Construction, Engineering, C&Q, Operations, and Contractors
• Familiarity with turnover tracking systems and electronic document management tools
