Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Project Manager for industrial manufacturing or construction projects in Michigan. You will lead turnkey projects, coordinating with engineering, production, and sales teams to meet customer specifications and delivery commitments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or PM, PMI certification, and at least six years of PM experience in manufacturing or construction, with ability to read blueprints and manage budgets using ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering or PM required; PMI certification preferred.
Minimum six years of PM experience in manufacturing or construction.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office; Global Shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers as primary contact.
Plan, execute, monitor, and complete turnkey projects with cross-functional teams.
Develop schedules, track progress, and address delays.
Create and manage project budgets and monitor costs.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to estimate costs.
Prepare project updates and progress reports.
