ARCO/Murray National Construction in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Process Solutions team. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, work with clients and design teams to develop budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

You should have a BS in engineering, 2–5 years of PM or engineering design experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of construction management and/or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading design/build industrial, cold storage, food & beverage, advanced manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budgets.
• Review scope of work, discuss cost-saving ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials/equipment directly when advantageous.
