Job summary

Vicinia Property Management seeks a Maintenance Turnkey Punch Technician/Painter to perform interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and minor repairs in apartment units. The role includes plumbing/electrical basics, door hardware replacement, and punch list creation to ensure move-in readiness.

Required is a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and 1–3 years in maintenance/painting.

Reliable transportation with auto insurance.
1–3 years of verifiable maintenance and painting experience.

Responsibilities

Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including full-unit repaints and trim work.
Prepare surfaces with scraping, sanding, and priming.
Patch holes, repair cracks, and texture minor drywall damage.
Repair minor plumbing issues and perform basic electrical tasks.
Replace or adjust door hardware, cabinet pulls, locks, and window latches.
Walk units to identify defects and create punch lists for repairs.
Maintain organized work areas and assist with light upkeep projects.
Collaborate with maintenance team and community manager to meet quality standards.
