Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Project Manager in Houston, TX to oversee the turnkey construction of high voltage electrical substations and transmission lines. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, with preferred experience in the design and management of related projects. Responsibilities include managing project costs, quality, and schedules, while coordinating necessary resources. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills alongside technical knowledge. Occasional travel for project needs is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in design, construction, or operations of substations and/or transmission lines.
• 10 years of supervision/management experience overseeing budgets and work groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, safety, quality, and completion of projects.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for material needs.
• Prepare and maintain cash flows and monthly billing.
• Manage construction progress reports and project documentation.
• Resolve project conflicts and delays.
• Travel out of town for projects as required.
