GD Process Design, LLC is seeking a Food Processing Project Engineer - Manager in Wisconsin to lead the design and implementation of turnkey processing lines. You will work with vendors to secure materials and services, support customers during start-up training, and provide troubleshooting to ensure operational success.

Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering and turnkey line design.
• Experience with fluid processing systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
• Industrial electrical experience.
• Self-motivated and organized.

• Lead the design and implementation of turnkey processing lines, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure materials and services, fostering partnerships for seamless project execution.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers during start-up training for smooth transitions and operational success.
• Offer troubleshooting support for delivered processing lines to maintain high performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in food processing operations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and accountability.
