Cross Border Talents is seeking a Food Processing Engineer to optimize production processes across its facilities in Illinois, Massachusetts and Wisconsin. This full-time role focuses on improving efficiency, product quality and safety in a multi-site environment.

You will design and refine processing systems, ensure compliance with FDA regulations, and lead improvement projects while collaborating with production, quality and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food processing or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FDA).
• Willingness to travel across IL, MA and WI.
• Based in the USA.
