Job summary

BRG Corporate Finance seeks an experienced turnaround advisor to join our Turnaround & Restructuring practice in Chicago. You will articulate findings on financial, operational, and value drivers, and lead modeling and scenario analyses in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in consulting, strong Excel-based modeling skills (3-statement and cash flow), and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis with 3-statement models and cash flows.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Strong communication with junior and senior team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support BRG T&R client service teams on engagements.
• Manage junior team across tasks including modeling and client presentations.
• Develop 3-statement and cash flow models and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with experts and clients to achieve engagement objectives.
• Contribute to reports, analyses, and client deliverables.
