Job summary

BRG’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice in Los Angeles seeks a senior professional to deliver financial modeling, 13-week cash flow planning, and 3-statement analyses for private equity clients and management teams.

You will work in a team, prepare reports, contribute to pitches, and help develop an entrepreneurial consulting practice, traveling as needed. CFA/CPA is a plus; strong Excel and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis (Excel), including 3-statement models and cash flows.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights; strong written and oral communication.
• CFA, CPA or GAAP accounting expertise is a plus; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day BRG Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams.
• Execute multiple tasks across engagements: modeling and client presentations.
• Develop 13-week cash flow models and pro-forma scenario models.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and practice development.
