Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance job packages based on work order scope, including required labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services.
• Review work orders for technical completeness and return incomplete work orders for clarification or correction.
• Conduct field checks to verify job requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare job packages and enter maintenance plans and resource requirements into SAP.
• Identify tasks and activities necessary to complete maintenance jobs safely and efficiently.
• Identify and document safety information and requirements necessary for maintenance execution.
• Incorporate feedback from personnel performing the work to improve job plans and execution efficiency.
• Ensure job packages include the required maintenance procedures or qualify for an approved procedure exemption before release.
• Verify that maintenance procedures include appropriate hazard assessments.
• Provide technical support during the development and review of maintenance procedures.
• Create, revise, and update maintenance procedures and checklists as required.
• Initiate Management of Change (MOC) processes for procedure changes when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field, along with maintenance, manufacturing, or related experience; or
• Equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of three years of experience in lieu of the degree.
• Knowledge of maintenance activities, manufacturing operations, or related industrial processes.
• Ability to review work orders and develop maintenance job plans.
• Ability to identify labor, materials, tools, equipment, and service requirements for maintenance activities.
• Understanding of maintenance safety requirements, procedures, and hazard assessments.
• Strong attention to detail, technical documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing maintenance job packages or work plans.
• Familiarity with SAP for maintenance planning and work order documentation.
• Experience working with maintenance procedures, checklists, and hazard assessments.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance technicians and other site personnel.
