Qualifications

• Masters degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Texas Mid-Management or Principal certification or eligibility is indicated in minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus instructional program and ensure high standards of instruction and student achievement.
• Recruits, mentors, and evaluates staff; leads PLCs and ILT for campus improvement.
• Oversees data-driven instruction cycles and uses data to inform decisions.
