You will report to the Executive Director – Middle School Leadership and oversee instruction, staff development, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field required.
• Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification required.
• T-TESS and T-PESS Certification required.
• Principal experience required; urban school experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide instructional leadership to ensure high-quality teaching and student achievement.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and evaluation of campus staff.
• Develop and monitor a strategic plan aligned to district goals and CEIP.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and State of Texas requirements.
• Foster a positive school culture and strong family/community engagement.
