Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a highly motivated Turnaround Engineering Intern to support planning, readiness, execution, and continuous improvement activities for a major plant turnaround. The intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting engineering, operations, maintenance, reliability, process safety, and capital project activities within a manufacturing environment.

The internship offers exposure to field verification, MOC and PSSR activities, and development of deliverables such as reports

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and operations teams with turnaround work scopes and field verifications.
• Support readiness reviews, planning meetings, and logistics.
• Track KPI reporting, field observations, and lessons learned during turnaround.
