Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years as Mechanic A/Journeyman.
• Ability to lead others in the same craft.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills.
• NCCER Crew Leader certification preferred.
• Successful completion of pre-employment qualification test.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical.
• Adherence to job-site safety requirements and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety guidelines and lead a crew on assignments.
• Interpret blueprints and orders; assign duties and coordinate tasks.
• Inspect work and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train workers and coordinate activities of construction crews.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain records as needed.
• Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
