Qualifications

• General understanding of incurred cost and general ledger accounting.
• Ability to present in meetings and communicate with vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor quotes and validate costs.
• Track daily labor, per diem, and equipment costs.
• Validate invoices and cost data against PO/value.
• Maintain vendor rosters and cost data in ATOM and Oracle.
• Participate in cost meetings and forecast discussions.
