Job summary

Hilco Global is seeking a Managing Director, Turnaround Consulting to lead client delivery across strategic, operational and financial engagements, develop new and existing relationships, and ensure high‑quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program.
• Significant experience in strategic, financial or operational consulting, investment banking, restructuring / distressed investing, private equity, lending and/or industry roles.
• Proven leader in delivering high‑value work that exceeds client expectations.
• Demonstrated capability to develop new business transformation, restructuring and interim management.
• Deep experience supervising other professionals and mentoring team members.
• Mastery of financial modeling including three‑statement models, 13‑week cash flows, KPI packages and ad hoc analysis.
• Superior written and verbal communication, executive ready presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior personnel to develop solutions across operational and financial challenges.
• Partner with affiliated Hilco Global businesses to bring the full platform to bear on client situations.
• Oversee liquidity management and case administration, supporting restructuring plans.
• Review executive reporting packages, KPIs, budgets, and board presentations.
• Lead the execution of deliverable workflows with the Hilco Global team.
• Lead business development and client relationship efforts.
• Identify and reallocate resources to high‑return initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to a high‑performing, inclusive culture.
