Ankura is a team of excellence founded on innovation and growth. The Managing Director, Turnaround & Restructuring leads client engagement teams through challenging in-and-out of court turnaround and restructuring situations, delivering analyses and final client deliverables.

Candidates bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant restructuring experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant restructuring / distressed experience in a professional service or consulting firm environment.
• Experience building / overseeing integrated 3-statement financial and 13-week cash flow models.
• Undergraduate degree from a top academic institution; advanced degree(s) and applicable professional certifications preferred (CFA, CIRA, CPA).
• High energy style; adaptable; ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the final delivery of analyses developed on engagement(s).
• Leads and guides complex analyses and restructuring alternatives.
• Negotiates waivers, forbearances, amendments and terms to credit agreements.
• Manages project work plans and client deliverables.
• Maintains relationships with senior client executives and oversees engagement quality.
