If you’re tired of shops that don’t value your skills, this is your chance to work for a dealership that understands how critical good techs are to the operation.**What You’ll Do*** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines on agricultural equipment* Work on tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, loaders, and irrigation engines* Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime during peak seasons* Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and drivetrain systems* Use modern diagnostic tools and computerized engine software* Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors about repairs and timelines* Step up during planting and harvest when farmers need us most**What We’re Looking For*** High school diploma or GED* **3+ years of hands-on diesel experience**, or **diesel degree plus field experience*** Technical training in diesel technology, agricultural mechanics or heavy equipment repair* Confident working independently and solving problems in the shop and field* Ability to read schematics, manuals, and service information* Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems* Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)**Why Work at J.J.
