Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on diesel experience or diesel degree plus field experience.
• Confident working independently.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines on agricultural equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors.

Skills

Hands-on diesel experience

Problem-solving in the shop and field

Ability to read schematics

Knowledge of hydraulic systems

Knowledge of electrical systems

Education

High school diploma or GED

Technical training in diesel technology
