Job summary

BECO Asset Management in Suffolk, Virginia is seeking a Turn/Maintenance Technician to help prepare vacant apartments and maintain the property. You’ll tackle a range of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, while ensuring common areas are clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance experience, multi-family is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready
• Tackle a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas to keep the community beautiful
• Assist with other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly

• Previous building maintenance experience (multi-family experience is a big plus!)
• Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to participate in night and weekend on-call rotations
• A team player with a professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
