• Strong GD&T understanding and ability to read blueprints.
• Fluent with Fanuc controls and able to prove out programs at the machine.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up DMG Mori NT turn-mill centers from blueprint, including work-holding, tooling, offsets, and program verification to first article.
• Set and load turning and live-milling tools, dial in B-axis positions and tool offsets.
• Verify main-to-sub spindle transfer and done-in-one operations; maintain tight tolerances.
